Amin Karamlou from IBM gave us a very insightful talk followed by a workshop on the basics of Quantum Natural Language Processing (QNLP), and how category theory combined with NLP can allow us to train sentence classifiers/generators on Parametrised Quantum Circuits (PQCs)
